National Arts Centre

The National Arts Centre (NAC) raised its curtains for the first time in 1969. Created by the Parliament of Canada as a Centennial project during the 1960s, the NAC has become Canada's foremost showcase for the performing arts.

The Shenkman Arts Centre

The Shenkman Arts Centreopened on June 18, 2009, is Ottawa’s only multidisciplinary arts facility offering services and programs in both English and French. The Centre, located in Ottawa East, is a creative hub where artists and audiences meet to create and explore the arts.

Arts Court

Arts Court is home to the largest and most innovative creative group of Ottawa’s professional arts producers and presenters which includes: the, The Ottawa Art Gallery, the Firestone Collection of Canadian Art, Le Groupe Dance Lab, SAW Gallery, SAW Video and Club SAW. It is also home to the headquarters of 26 independent arts organizations.

Ottawa Little Theatre

Professional in style, traditional in tone, Ottawa Little Theatre has been a vital part of the Ottawa Arts Community for almost 100 years, making it the longest running community theatre in Canada.

Centrepointe Theatre

Centrepointe Theatre’s grand opening took place on May 3, 1988. Since then the theatre has hosted an extensive list of truly great artists performing to sold-out houses, including Sir Peter Ustinov, Christopher Plummer, Liona Boyd, Sarah McLachlan, Bruce Cockburn, Blue Rodeo, the Barenaked Ladies, Kids in the Hall, the Rankins, Leahy, Lyle Lovett, the Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra, Harlem Gospel Choir and a great many others.
